Michael Chatzky, Experienced Wealth Preservation Attorney
For more than 44 years, Michael Chatzky has been assisting clients in establishing a wide variety of wealth preservation structures, many of which contain valuable tax savings feature. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland where he majored in Accounting and subsequently received his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law.
Chatzky has authored numerous articles and has lectured extensively at seminars, radio stations, and television shows about the use of foreign trusts and other entities as wealth protection vehicles. He is a highly sought-after speaker at wealth protection seminars, known for his detailed knowledge and uncanny ability to quote a page and paragraph on any current tax law questions.
He is a member of the Asian Offshore Association Global Advisory Committee for the United States, a contributor to the Oxford Club's Wealth Protection Program, and a member of the Sovereign Society Council of Experts.
